Our objective is the creation of a pattern in order to help the different organizations that are faced to the task to evaluate software for document and file management. We will begin by defining what is understood for records management and which characteristics should it have in order to be electronic. Starting from the specification MoReq, we will indicate the activities related to the records and archives management that can be computerized and we will indicate the criteria, both general and specific, that any file processing program should have to be efficient. Finally, we will propose a data sheet to compile information for comparing applications in order to help the different organizations to select the management software for their documents and files.Downloads
