The data used in this study were obtained from the Science Citation Index and Journal Citation Reports databases, specially adapted to be used in bibliométric studies, by indexing the most important international journals. Results report data on productivity output of the departments, and show the scientific collaboration patterns, between authors, via the coauthorship index and the degree of domestic and international collaboration.
