The peripheral Latin-American scientific journals in the new context

The present document tries to explain the presence of the denominated Latin American peripheral scientific journals, from an analysis that provides the cover of institutional, technical aspects and of the impulse for the use of information technologies and communication in the alluded journals, taking as a sample five Latin American countries in six specific areas of knowledge. Also, it formulates a series of conclusions and feasible recommendations for possible solutions.Downloads
