This article presents and discusses the concepts found in the literature about the individual in the context of business organizations. It also addresses the relations between individuals and information and communication technologies within this environment. It presents the data analysis from the application of a questionnaire among the employees of a private company, in which the following elements were analyzed on a scale of importance: technology, information and people.Downloads
