The aims, methodology and development of a project for the implementation and development of Web 2.0 tools in the BUZ are presented . Previously, an analysis of the state of art of web 2.0 (2010) is offered. A subcommittee was created within the BUZ for the implementation and development of Web 2.0 tools in 2011. The blog of the BUZ (Tirabuzón), the Facebook Page and the Twitter Account began their publications in March 2011. The Tuenti Account started in June 2012. After two years of implementation, Web 2.0 tools are consolidated in the BUZ. The number of followers and their involvement are increasing progressively (reflected in the index Klout and PeerIndex). We need to give more visibility to the blog Tirabuzón and to increase staff participation in its contents. It is also necessary to prioritize and to define specific objectives for its development (of current and future tools).Downloads
