State of the art on the jurisprudence of the Spanish Supreme Court in relation to the protection of the fundamental rights enshrined in article 18.1 of the Span-ish Constitution (rights to honour, personal and familiar privacy, and image), on the Internet. First, the Spanish legal framework for these rights and their international anchor is analysed; and later we review the jurisprudential solution applied by the Spanish Supreme Court to solve conflicts among these fundamental rights and others constitutionally protected rights. Finally, we briefly discuss some of the recent sentences that the Spanish Supreme Court has issued in relation to this topic.Downloads
