Access and use of th ICT in the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México: the case of the central library

This paper presents a diagnosis on the use of the electronic information resources provided by the Library System of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), based upon a survey applied to UNAM undergraduated students that used the Central Library reference service at the beginning of the 2006-2007academic year.
